RREBUTIA |
This is one of my favorite genus as it is with many other collectors. Even small plants will reward you with attractive flushes of blossoms each spring. They like a cool winter to help set the flower buds and will take temperatures almost to freezing. Also try SulcorREBUTIAs, Lobivia and Mediolobiva, all related genus. |

RRHIPSALIS |
RRHIPSALIS are epiphytic jungle cactus. Most all of them make wonderful hanging basket plants with small numerous blooms. All the rRHIPSALIS are sold as unrooted cuttings that are from 6 to 8 inches in length and most are branched. They are easy to take root. The names used in this listing are all taken from the Monograph of Rhipsalidaea by W. Barthlott and N.P. Taylor published in Bradleya 13/1995 (The Yearbook of the British Cactus and Succulent Society). The brackets [] are used to denote the 2002 listing so all may see the more correct listing. |
