This is the second listing for the 2009 season, those who are paid up will receive 4-5 lists total this year. I will be sending to all for the first two lists but if dues are not paid you will stop receiving any after the second list … send in your $15.00 dues to avoid missing any of the goodies. I have lots of new plants and many more are scheduled to be arriving from Africa, Thailand and Madagascar. Orders are taking a bit less time to send out now … most all within 2-3 weeks. The club orders from this listing are put on the top of the pile and most always will be sent within two weeks after receiving them.

070005 Sansevieria cv. Manolin – Almost never available. Lots of cream white color in these two inch wide strap leaves. These will be for 4-5 inch pots.

070006 Sansevieria t. Morgansterns Future Aurea – Easy grower and first time offering. An unusual silver yellow (more silver) upright, medium height with 1 ½ inch wide leaves. Plants for 4-5 inch pots.

070007 Pachypodium lamerei crest – These are giant, fantastic plants ! Grafted on about 10 inch high stock with many, many overlapping convoluting crests that are 8-12 inches across and high…..show quality, Limited.

070028 Euphorbia milii variegated – Very nice variegation on these new arrivals from Thailand. Now growing in 3 ½ inch pots about 8-9 inches tall and starting to branch.

070031 Aloe distans – Fat Army green leaves with nice golden teeth, 4 ½ inch pot sized.

070058 Ibervillia tenuisecta – A giant caudiciforme. Six to eight inch bodies. Now dormant but will start to grow as soon as a bit of warmth arrives with a quick growing vine.

070059 Pachypodium lealii saundersii compacta – This is a compact growing form that will get a fatter, shorter caudex and branch more closer to the base. The plants now are 6-7 inches tall and already with two branches close to the base.

070065 Lophophora frickii – Clean and unmarked, 1 ½ inch bodies.

070066 Lophophora williamsonii – Again clean and unmarked, 1 ¼ inch bodies.

070067 Lophlophora koersii – Again clean and unmarked, 1 ¾ inch bodies.

070072 Agave ‘Cornelius’ – The spectacular wide yellow margins of 'Cornelius' gives this agave its "wow" factor. Passed around in the California collector's market for a number of years as 'Quasimodo', 'Incurva Marginata' and 'Marginata Aurea Monstrosa'; this plant forms an 18" tall x 2.5ft. wide clump of thick wavy blue-green leaves margined by a 2 inch wide yellow edge at maturity. For full sun in well-drained soils in zones 9 and 10, or for use as a specimen plant in containers. The photo showing is that of a mature plant. You will be receiving small tissue culture plants for 3 inch pots.

070074 NEW – NEW – Magnified Tweezers – This is a great tool to have around. Four inch tweezers that are attached to a magnified glass making it easy and safe to extract those nasty thorns after a long day potting up your new arrivals.

070075 Hemostats 15 inch – Stainless steel, excellent quality and great for getting into hard to reach places to pick up plants or weed close to thorny plants.

070093 Sansevieria t. l. “Becky” – This is a new plant cultivar NEVER BEFORE OFFERED. This plant is named after my daughter and shortly will be described in the Sansevieria Journal. It was discovered as a sport and has lovely markings. Offered here are large plants for six inch pots. The picture does not do this plant justice as it is truly a beautiful plant.

070110 Agave univittata (lophantha) “Quadracolor” – Extremely attractive Agave with high color. These offered are nice 3½ inch pots.

070129 Agave x leopoldii – This hybrid between two closely related agaves (filifera and schidigera) displays upright narrow, ridged leaves with cascading filifers along the margins. Of a compact nature, the 6 to 12 inch clumps are hardy in zones 9 to 11, or suitable for pot culture. The photo you see is of a mature plant. You will receive a smaller 3 ½ - 4 inch pot sized tissue culture plant.

070131 Manfreda 'Macha Mocha' – This bigeneric hybrid between Manfreda variegata and Agave celsii was raised and named by well-known plant explorer Carl Schoenfeld of Yucca Do Nursery. Manfreda 'Macha Mocha' features thick, rubbery green leaves which are covered in red spots when grown in high light exposures. The 3 ft. clump of foliage is topped by 8 ft. flower spikes in late spring. For full sun, well-drained soils. Hardy in Zones 8 and 9. The photo you see is of a mature plant. You will receive a smaller 3 ½ inch pot that is ready for a 6-8 inch pot (very overgrown) or ready for planting outdoors.

070135 Haworthia attenuate variegated cream – 3 ½ inch pots with strong variegation …. very attractive.

070136 Haworthia cymbiformis v. planifolia variegated – Highly variegated cream and white 3 ½ inch pots some with almost no green … nice.

070137 Haworthia cymbiformis variegated – Fat and plump with multiple plants and nice variegation of these six inch pots … limited.

070139 Opercularia decaryi – Instant bonsai ! These are 3-4 year old seed grown plants with twisted roots. The branches have been trimmed back. Now in five inch pots.

070142 Peniocereus johnsonii – One of the few caudex forming cactus. These “Queen of the Night” seedlings are about two years old and have a ½ inch caudex or better already formed.

070143 Peniocereus mariana – Same as above … different species.

070145 Agave guadalajarana – 3 ½ inch full pots.

070146 Agave colorata – Overgrown 3 ½ inch pots ready for 5-6 inch pots with nice shadow markings on the leaves.

070147 Pachypodium saundersii – Fat five inch tall seedlings (not P. lealii saundersii).

070151 Huernia kennediana – This is a very different plant. Now in 3 ½ inch pots. Full pots of small ½ inch round balls …15 - 20 in each pot.

070152 Euphorbia milii variegated – This is a new cultivar. Almost always in bloom with soft red flowers. Self branching forming a small shrub in no time. Now in four inch pots very well branched.

070155 Ferocactus herrerae variegated – Nicely cream variegated seedlings 3 - 3½ inch pot size with a 2 - 3 inch body.

070156 Huernia aspera – Multiple branched 3 ½ inch pots.

070157 Blossfeldia pedicilata – 2 ½ inch pots. Grafted plants with ¾ inch bodies starting to grow for the season already.

070158 Rebutia heliosa – 2 ½ inch pots. Grafted plants with ¾ inch bodies also starting to grow for the season.

070159 Dendrocycious socotranum – Wow – wow – wow ! What great plants … these are older plants with 1 - 1 ½ inch trunks, 10-12 inches tall … limited.

070162 Uebelmannia pectinifera – This plant is always in demand because of its almost black body. These are 2 ½ to 3 inch body size nice clean plants.

070164 Echeveria crinkled and rippled leaf hybrids – These are also selected E. gibbiflorum hybrids, many not even named as yet but all very attractive. Plants for 6 inch pots.

070166 Agave salmiana “Mr. Ripples” – 5-6 inch pot size plants.

070167 Fockea tugalensis – 1 ½ to 2 inch Hershey Kiss caudex with dark green leaves. Nice and easy to grow caudiciforme plant.

070169 Clivia miniata variegated – These are choice !! Not a cactus or succulent but a prized collectable. Seed grown with high yellow variegation growing now in four inch pots. Photo is of a larger older plant. Orange flowering. Very limited.

070172 New Sansevieria book !!!  Sansevierias: Collection in Thailand – Softbound with 96 pages and about 143 color photographs. The text is in Thai but most of the captions of the photos are in English. A picture book for the Sansevieria collector and variegated plant enthusiast.

070173 New Sansevieria book !!!  Sansevieria – Softbound with 236 pages and over 400 photos. This a book from Indonesia with all text in Indonesian but photo captions in English. Photos of many rare, never seen variegated forms that one just dreams of having in their own collection. A must have book for any Sansevieria collector. Not available elsewhere to my knowledge. Limited copies available.

070175 USED BOOK SET “The Illustrated Reference on Cacti and other Succulents” five volume set – by Edgar and Brian Lamb 1975 edition. Only one set to sell. Again this is now a collectable set. Very informative with almost 1,500 total pages and lots of photos.

070176 Hoya bella variegated – These are five inch baskets … very nice plants.

070177 Dischidia ruscifolia – A relative to the hoya called “Million Hearts” for its small glossy heart shaped leaves. Five inch baskets.

070178 Dischidia valida (pectinoides) – Another relative to the hoya almost always blooming tiny red flowers. Some mature leaves turn into puffy balls where, in habitat, ants would use this hollow puff ball as a home … very interesting. Five inch full baskets.

070179 Vanilla planifolia variegated – A true orchid that in time would produce vanilla beans. This is a very attractive cream variegated form now growing in a six inch pot on a wooden trellis.

070180 Avonia alstonii (white flowering) – These are 3-4 year old seedlings with a nice ¾ inch caudex.

070181 Avonia alstonii (red/pink flowering) – Same as above.

070182 Jatropha cathartica – Very nice specimen plants, almost perfect six inch balls. Flowers most of the summer then goes dormant in October for the winter.

070183 Eulophia spectabilis – A true orchid from the jungles of Thailand. Now actively growing in four inch pots….sprays of small flowers in early spring … limited.

070184 Eulophia grammea – Another like above … different species.

070185 Eulophia macrobulbon – Yet another … different species.

070186 Bringhamia insignans – Large old plants with three inch trunks, 20-24 inches tall … limited.

070187 Pachypodium griquense – Nice older plants with a 2 - 2 ½ inch caudex, 15-18 tall and branched.

070188 Pachypodium succulentum – This and griquense look very much alike. Again with a 2 - 2 ½ inch caudex.

070189 Jatropha multiflora – These are small trees that look like something you can smoke. Now in six inch pots 24 inches tall.

070190 Aloe nobilis variegated – Very attractive looking six inch pots nicely cream variegated.

070191 Cephalopendantra echiriza – What a name ! Sounds like a disease. Now in three inch pots with a ½ - ¾ inch caudex … dormant in the winter.

070192 Corallocarpus bainsii – Easy to grow caudex plant. Now in three inch pots with a ½ - ¾ inch caudex.

070193 Haworthia scabra “Spiralis” – This is a very unusual form of scabra with a dark green black body that spirals as it grows.

070194 Pachypodium horombense – Fantastic plants ! These in a short time can be show winners. Three inch plus caudex, very well branched plants for six inch pots at least. I will pick the best possible.

070195Adenium obesum – OMG ! These are giants !! The caudex on these plants are a good ten inches and they are short, fat and squatty with lots of roots and caudex and very well branched.

070196 Ceropegia woodii variegated – Lots of very stable cream white variegation on these “String of Hearts”. Five inch baskets nice and full.

070197 Cotyledon undulatum – Silver white with undulating edges of the leaves. Plants now in six inch pots.

070198Adenium obesum pink / yellow bicolor flowers – NEW COLOR – Not many available of this new very attractive hybrid. Six inch pots … limited.

070199 Adenium obesum select – I call these select since I have selected them all with a huge fat caudex and multi branched … mostly pink flowers. Six inch almost round caudex.

070200 Adenium obesum “Super Red” – These have been selected for having the deepest red, some with darker edged flowers. Six inch pot size and nice.

070201 Adenium obesum “Pure White” – Pure white flowers. In six inch pots with a nice caudex.

070202 Euphorbia antiquorum crest – Six inch pot sized crests, easy to grow.

070203 Ceraria fruticulosa – Large plants now growing in gallons (six inch). Nicely branched bushes 16-20 inches out of the pot.

070204 Adenia glauca – Very nice caudexed plants now in six inch pots with a four inch plus caudex and attractive purplish skin. Limited.

070205 Opuntia basilaris nana – A small growing form of this “Beavertail Cactus”. Limited availability. Rooted 3 ½ inch pots.

070206 Monadenium magnificum – Three and a half inch pots.

070207 Monadenium heteropodium – Three and a half inch pots.

070208 Senecio sempervivus ssp. grantii – Very similar to S. fulgens. This is a caudex forming plant. Now in 3 inch pots.

070209 Commiphora wightii – Seedlings 7-9 inches tall. Bursera like peeling bark.

070210 Euphorbia entrophora ssp. crassa – Rooted cuttings 10-12 inches tall, flat ribbon like stems.
